Bruschetta with La Madia Pecorino & Black Truffle “Spread & Sauce” with fresh broad beans

Ingredients for 4 servings :

200g of broad beans (shelled), 1 jar of La Madia Pecorino & Black Truffle Cream, 4 slices of toasted bread, basil, salt, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper.

Directions:

Put the broad beans in a bowl and season with the extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper and basil. Spread La Madia Pecorino & Black Truffle “Spread & Sauce” on the slices of toasted bread. Add the broad beans on the slices of toasted bread and serve.
