Turkey stew with potatoes and la madia artichoke patè

Ingredients for 4 servings :

400gr of turkey breast, 500 gr of potatoes, 1 jar of La Madia Artichoke Paté, marjoram.

Directions:

Cut the potatoes into pieces and let them pan-fry with 2 tablespoons of oil. Add some butter and the salt. Put in the oven for about 30 minutes. Cut the turkey breast into pieces and let them pan-fry with 2 tablespoons of oil, some butter and 1 garlic clove. Simmer with white wine and let them cook for about 35/40 minutes. Then add La Madia Artichoke Paté, the potatoes and the marjoram. Serve warm.
