Pears with la madia chianti jelly

Ingredients for 4 servings :

2 pears, Chianti wine, Gorgonzola, La Madia Chianti Jelly.

Directions:

Cut 2 pears in thin slices and let them marinate with some Chianti wine for about 1 hour. Then drain and dry them. Shape a fan alternating the pears with pieces of Gorgonzola. Add some La Madia Chianti Jelly and serve.
