Smoked beef Carpaccio with walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings :

400gr of beef carpaccio, 1 apple, lemon, 7/8 walnut kernels, olive oil, La Madia Smoked Sea Salt.

Directions:

cut 400gr of beef carpaccio into strips, cut an apple into thin slices and sprinkle it with the juice of half lemon. Put in a bowl the beef carpaccio, the salad, the apple and 7/8 nut kernels. Season with oil, mix and serve sprinkling La Madia Smoked Sea Salt on it.
