Risotto with zucchini blossoms and Black Truffle&Gold

Ingredients for 2 servings :

200gr of Carnaroli rice, half shallot, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, 20 zucchini blossoms, parmesan cheese, salt, La Madia Black Truffle&Gold.

Directions:

fry half shallot with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add Carnaroli rice, simmer with white wine and cook with vegetable broth. 5 minutes before putting out the flame, add the small strips of zucchini blossoms. Cream with parmesan cheese and serve putting La Madia Black Truffle&Gold in the middle.
