Cake with ginger and chocolate

Ingredients for 8 servings :

100gr of dark chocolate, 2 eggs, 130gr of butter, 150gr of flour, 120gr of sugar, 3 teaspoons of yeast, caster sugar, 100gr of La Madia Ginger Spread.

Directions:

melt 100gr of dark chocolate with 130gr of butter. Let cold and then add 2 eggs mixing with a whisk. Add 120gr of sugar, 3 teaspoons of yeast and 100gr of Ginger Spread. Mix carefully and pour the mixture on a 24 cm cake pan. Put in oven at 160° for about 30 minutes. Pay attention of not cooking too much the cake. Serve with caster sugar.
