Tagliatelle “alla Puttanesca” with anchovies

Ingredients for 4 servings :

10 fresh anchovies, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, basil, 1 jar of La Madia Puttanesca Spread, 350gr of La Madia Tagliatelle.

Directions:

clean 10 anchovies and cut them into pieces. Fry 1 garlic clove with extra virgin olive oil, add the anchovies and let them cook on a high heat for 3/4 minutes. Then add 1 jar of La Madia Puttanesca Spread. Meanwhile cook 350g of La Madia Tagliatelle and then pan-fry with the sauce. Add parsley and basil. Serve.
