TRICOLOR TAGLIATA

Ingredients for 2 servings :

1 sirloin steak of about 400g, 1 jar of La Madia Pesto alla Genovese 130g, 1 jar of La Madia Sun-dried Tomato Spread 180g, 1 egg white, 100 ml of corn oil, 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon of curry, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Directions:

Make the mayonnaise by mixing the egg white with oil, lemon juice, curry and salt. It takes few minutes. Grill the steak for about 5 minutes each side and cut into slices. Serve with three bowls containing La Madia Pesto alla Genovese, La Madia Sun-dried Tomato Spread and the mayonnaise. Spread the sauces over the Tagliata.
