Savoury muffins with La Madia Parmigiana

Ingredients for 6 servings :

2 eggs, 200gr of sifted flour, 8gr of baking powder for savoury cakes, 50ml of olive oil, 50ml of peanut oil, 110ml of milk, 25gr of grated parmesan cheese, 20gr of walnut kernels (minced), 6gr of salt, 1 jar of La Madia Parmigiana, fresh basil leaves.

Directions:

Heat oven to 180°. Whisk the eggs with the salt and add the sifted flour, the baking powder for savoury cakes, the parmesn cheese, the oils and the minced walnut kernels. Mix carefully and then add the milk.Sour the mixture in the paper muffin molds and fill them two-thirds full. Add a teaspoon of La Madia Parmigiana on each muffin and bake for 20 minutes.

Take them out of the oven and garnish with the fresh basil leaves.
