Pork morsels with milk and la madia porcini mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings :

600 grams of pork stew, 1 garlic clove, 3-4 sage leaves, 50 grams of La Madia dried porcini mushrooms, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, milk to taste, mashed potatoes.

Directions:

Cut the pork meat into cubes and then let them brown in a nonstick pan without any seasoning. When well browned add salt, pepper, oil, garlic and sage. Let all cook for a few minutes. Cover with some milk and cook on low heat adding water and milk if necessary. 15 minutes before turning off the heat add the mushrooms you previously softened in water and coarsely chopped. Serve with mashed potatoes.
