Chicken Breast with Black Olive Paté

Ingredients for 4 servings :

600gr of chicken breast, green olives, pine nuts, butter, garlic, La Madia Black Olive Paté.

Directions:

cut 600gr of chicken breast into slices. Let them pan fry with oil, butter and garlic. Simmer with white wine and cook for 10 minutes. Then melt La Madia Black Olive Paté, add some pieces of green olives and serve sprinkling some toasted pine nuts on it.
