Salty cookies with Black Truffle cream, Prosciutto and Pecorino cheese

Ingredients for 4-6 servings :

200 gr of flour (“00”), 90 gr of butter, 2 teaspoons of La Madia Black Truffle Cream, 1 pinch of salt, 1 egg, 100 gr of Prosciutto, 150 gr of Pecorino cheese

Directions:

Put flour, butter, egg, salt and the La Madia Black Truffle Cream in a bowl, then amalgamate with a ladle. Transfer to a worktop and work with your hands until you get a homogeneous compound. Form a ball, wrap it in the film and put in the fridge for 30 min.

Spread the dough out on a floured floor at about half a centimeter. Make cookies with a diameter of 4 cm. Transfer the cookies on a baking pan, pierce with a fork and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Fill the cookies with Prosciutto, Pecorino cheese and the La Madia Black Truffle Cream.
